ORTHOGONAL SLAB AND BEAM STRUCTURE
A slab and beam structure defined by orthogonal grid lines can be analyzed by
rectvagd.exe in
conjunction with brun45.exe.
The "brun45.exe" file is necessary because "rectvagd.exe" is not a stand-alone
executable file.
Documentation and a sample input file are given in
varygrid.doc.
THIS PROGRAM IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR A SLAB AND BEAM STRUCTURE THAT IS
RECTANGULAR IN PLAN. NODES (JOINTS) OF THE STRUCTURE ARE DEFINED BY AN
INTERSECTING GRID OF ROW AND COLUMN LINES.
The grid spacing can vary in any pattern.
Beams are located along row and/or column lines.
Springs are allowed.
Uniform and concentrated loads can be used.
