use baseplt.exe
in conjunction with EXTDAISC.DOC and brun45.exe.
The "EXTDAISC.DOC" file allows you to access the required rolled column properties by using their standard W designations. YOU MUST USE IT.
The 14 values associated with each beam in the file "EXTDAISC.DOC" are:
- W designation
- area
- depth
- web thickness
- flange width
- flange thickness
- r T
- moment of inertia X-axis
- moment of inertia Y-axis
- torsional constant
- plastic section modulus X-axis
- plastic section modulus Y-axis
- k distance
- k 1 distance
